Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Merchandiser to manage the production process from order confirmation to final dispatch. The role involves coordinating with buyers, production teams, vendors, quality departments, and suppliers to ensure orders are completed on time and according to required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage production orders from sampling to final shipment.
Coordinate with production, sourcing, purchase, quality, and warehouse teams.
Prepare and maintain production schedules, order sheets, and T&A; calendars.
Follow up on raw materials, trims, accessories, fabrics, and other requirements.
Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with vendors and factories regarding production status.
Conduct regular production follow-ups and resolve delays or bottlenecks.
Ensure products are manufactured according to approved samples and specifications.




Coordinate quality inspections and address quality-related issues.
Communicate order updates, delivery timelines, and production concerns to management/buyers.
Maintain production records, reports, and shipment documentation.
Ensure adherence to buyer requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, Merchandising, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in production merchandising, preferably in the garment/apparel industry.
Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and vendors.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and production-related documentation.
Good time-management and problem-solving abilities.
