We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce CPQ Consultant with 7-12 years of experience to support and enhance Salesforce CPQ operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate configuration, pricing, and quoting while troubleshooting and optimizing CPQ processes. This is a remote role with collaboration across sales, finance, and IT teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide end-to-end support for Salesforce CPQ users, addressing inquiries and resolving system issues.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure accurate product configuration and pricing in CPQ.
- Assist in the implementation and customization of Salesforce CPQ, including product catalog setup, price rules, and quote templates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, such as quote generation errors, pricing discrepancies, and product configuration challenges.
- Monitor CPQ performance and system health, proactively identifying and resolving inefficiencies.




- Document standard operating procedures and best practices for CPQ operations.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce CPQ releases, features, and enhancements, recommending improvements and optimizations.

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ operations or support.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ integration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving CPQ-related issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with platforms like SendGrid for automated email processes.
- Salesforce CPQ certification is a plus.
