Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive for our Credit Control team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit control and debt management, with a proven track record of meeting targets and driving business growth. As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the credit control function within the organization and ensuring that all debts are collected in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures
- Manage the company's credit control function
- Ensure timely collection of all debts
- Manage customer credit limits and credit checks
- Negotiate payment terms with customers
- Resolve any customer queries or disputes
- Provide regular reporting on debt collection performance
- Monitor and manage the company's aged debtors
- Work closely with other departments to ensure effective credit control




- Provide training and support to junior members of the team

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in credit control or debt management
- Solid knowledge of credit control policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with credit control software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professionalism and integrity
