- Hands-on experience with job boards
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github, and Stack Overflow
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Positive written and verbal communications skills

Preference:

- Experience 3 to 7 years in IT Recruitment
- Minimum 2-year experience in SAP recruitment
- Immediate Joiner Preferred
