Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and develop efficient, reusable, and scalable backend systems using Python.
- Work with AI/ML models, data pipelines, and APIs to build intelligent and scalable applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and front-end developers to deliver high-quality features.
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Debug and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in development.




- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies relevant to Python and backend development.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Proficiency in relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in product-based environments with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Exposure to asynchronous programming or message queues (e.g., Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation.
