Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of construction projects.

- Plan project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

- Supervise Project Engineers and Site Engineers.

- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost.

- Resolve technical and site-related issues.

- Prepare project reports and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- 8–15 years of experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.

- Robust knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and quality control.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Excel.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
