Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Agentic AI Developer with strong experience in Python, FastAPI, ReactJS, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Power Automate.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, enterprise automation solutions, and modern web interfaces. The candidate should have strong full-stack development expertise combined with hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop scalable and secure full-stack AI-powered web applications using Python, FastAPI, and ReactJS.
- Design and develop REST APIs and integrate third-party and enterprise systems.
- Build and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs.
- Develop AI agents and conversational solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based solutions.
- Build intelligent workflows and automate business processes using Power Automate and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and other systems.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Work on AI agent orchestration, prompt engineering, tool/API integration,



and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application and AI solution performance.
- Follow best practices around security, scalability, maintainability, and responsible AI implementation.

Candidate Profile

- 7+ years of overall software/full-stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience building AI-powered applications.
- Proven experience with Agentic AI and Generative AI implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Automate is mandatory.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
- Must be comfortable working in either 12 PM–9 PM or 1 PM–10 PM IST shift.
