The Opportunity

TIFC is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to own the execution of multiple Bespoke Wellness and Hospitality projects—from project handover and planning through site execution, installation, commissioning, snag closure and final customer handover.

This is not a desk-bound coordination role. We want someone diligent, resourceful, practical, street-smart and relentless about closure—someone who identifies problems early, finds workable solutions and follows through.

What You Will Do

· Own day-to-day execution of multiple wellness and hospitality projects from order handover through final handover.

· Plan and track project schedules, milestones, manpower, materials, site readiness and dependencies.

· Coordinate Design / Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, vendors, contractors and installation teams.

· Maintain regular customer communication, provide progress updates and manage expectations professionally.

· Conduct site visits and ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements and commitments.

· Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, snag rectification and handover.

· Identify delays, bottlenecks, interface issues and risks early and drive corrective action.





· Track materials, deliveries, manpower, site readiness and open actions so that nothing critical is missed.

· Maintain project documentation, progress reports, checklists, photographs, approvals and records.

· Escalate critical risks with practical solutions and ensure agreed actions are closed within committed timelines.

· Support final inspection, snag closure, documentation and successful customer handover.

What We Are Looking For

· Minimum 3 years of relevant Project Management / Project Execution experience.

· Experience in Wellness, Fitness, Hospitality, Luxury Interiors, Fit-Out, Equipment Installation or Engineering Projects preferred.

· Hands-on experience managing multiple activities, contractors, vendors and site teams.

· Strong planning, coordination, follow-up and execution skills.

· Good customer-handling and communication skills.

· Robust problem-solving ability with an ownership-driven approach.

· Working knowledge of MS Excel; exposure to MS Project, Primavera or similar tools is desirable.

· Willingness to travel extensively across India.
