Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Admin / Salesforce Consultant with 6–10 years of experience to manage and enhance Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud, data hygiene, data integration, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and development, understand ETL and integration concepts, and be comfortable working directly with business partners and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and administer the Salesforce platform, ensuring system stability, data quality, and optimal user experience.
- Work extensively on Sales Cloud features, including administration, configuration, customization, and development.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce out-of-the-box features and standard functionalities wherever applicable.
- Ensure strong data hygiene, data accuracy, consistency, deduplication, and governance within Salesforce.
- Manage data migration, transformation, cleansing, and integration activities.
- Work with ETL tools and integration platforms such as MuleSoft for Salesforce data integration.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Work directly with business partners, stakeholders, and functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, security settings, and other platform capabilities.
- Support Salesforce development activities including Apex, Lightning components, flows, triggers, and integrations,



as applicable.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and release management activities.
- Recommend improvements to Salesforce processes, data quality, and overall platform utilization.

Mandatory Skills

- 6–10 years of Salesforce experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration and Consulting
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud
- Good understanding of Salesforce configuration and development
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce out-of-the-box features
- Hands-on experience with Data Hygiene / Data Quality / Data Governance
- Strong understanding of Data Integration and ETL
- Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and data migration concepts
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders / business partners
- Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Good to Have

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, or related certifications.
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning, Flows, APIs, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Exposure to Salesforce release and deployment processes.

Candidate Profile

- 6–10 years of relevant Salesforce experience.
- Robust balance of technical Salesforce knowledge and functional/business understanding.
- Should be comfortable independently interacting with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Gurugram/Gurgaon local candidates preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working hybrid from Gurugram 2 days per week.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
