Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our talent acquisition team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates using Naukri and other recruitment platforms-Linkedin ,Pyjama and other Job portals . You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across various industries. Recruitment Specialists typically handle candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment databases.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings and manage job advertisements.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex and Nvite candidate sourcing.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and recruitment tools/ATS.

- Boolean search expertise.
- Candidate relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation and coordination skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
