About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who can help take products from ideas to execution by understanding user needs, defining requirements, coordinating with teams, and tracking product development.

This role is suitable for freshers with strong product knowledge/projects as well as candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or related areas.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand product vision, business objectives, and user requirements.
- Conduct user, market, and competitor research.
- Identify user problems and opportunities for product improvement.
- Define product requirements, features, and priorities.
- Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, and basic product documentation.
- Work with UI/UX designers and developers to convert requirements into product features.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps and feature priorities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout product development.
- Track product development progress and timelines.
- Participate in product testing and identify issues or improvements.
- Collect and analyze user feedback.
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support product launches, updates, and feature releases.




- Communicate product requirements and updates clearly to internal teams.
- Continuously research market trends and emerging product opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or a related role.
- Freshers with relevant product projects, internships, or strong product understanding can apply.
- Good understanding of product development and product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of user needs and business requirements.
- Ability to write clear product requirements and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and software development processes.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, Excel/Google Sheets, and AI tools is an advantage.
