About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create clean, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences for our websites, applications, and digital products.

This role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with 1–3 years of experience who have a good understanding of UI/UX principles and can turn ideas and requirements into practical designs.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, and digital products.
- Understand user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Create and maintain reusable design components and basic design systems.
- Work closely with developers, product teams, and marketing teams.
- Improve existing interfaces based on user feedback and business requirements.
- Conduct basic competitor and design research.
- Ensure consistency in typography,



spacing, layouts, colors, and visual elements.
- Prepare design assets and specifications for development.
- Review implemented designs and coordinate with developers for design accuracy.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends and best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or relevant education in Design, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and practical design projects can apply.
- Good knowledge of Figma.
- Understanding of UI design and UX principles.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and responsive design.
- Good understanding of typography, spacing, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create clean and consistent designs.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand requirements and work within deadlines.
