Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Data Research Executive to support the Sales team in identifying new customers, distributors, markets, and business opportunities.

The role involves extensive internet and market research using Google, LinkedIn, company websites, B2B portals, industry directories, trade portals, and other online sources to build accurate and actionable sales databases.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

- Conduct extensive internet and market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Find and research customers, distributors, dealers, importers, traders, manufacturers, and other relevant companies.
- Identify prospects across targeted markets, countries, industries, and customer segments.
- Collect company details including company name, website, industry, location, products, contact details, email IDs, phone numbers, and key decision-makers.
- Use Google, LinkedIn, B2B portals, company websites, trade-fair websites, industry directories, and online databases for research.
- Maintain and organize lead databases using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Clean, verify, categorize, and regularly update collected data.




- Provide accurate and actionable lead databases to the Sales team.
- Support identification of new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
- Conduct competitor and market research whenever required.
- Identify recent research sources and methods to continuously improve lead quality and research output.

Required Skills

- Excellent internet searching and online research skills.
- Strong knowledge of Google, LinkedIn, B2B portals, and business directories.
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good analytical and research skills.
- Ability to identify sales-relevant information from raw data.
- Comfortable working with large databases.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in BBA, B.Com, Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or a relevant field.

Preferred Experience

Experience in B2B lead generation, market research, sales intelligence, data mining, export research, or customer research will be preferred. Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, petrochemicals, plastics, EPS, packaging, or insulation will be an added advantage.
