Applicants should mention their preferred job location when applying.Role DescriptionThe selected professionals will be responsible for creating, developing, coordinating, and updating BIM models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection systems based on project drawings, specifications, BIM Execution Plans,



and client requirements.Responsibilities will vary according to the candidate’s experience and position and may include:- Develop accurate and coordinated MEPF models using Autodesk Revit.- Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, sections, schedules, details, and construction documentation.- Coordinate MEPF services with architectural, structural, and other building systems.- Perform clash detection, model reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination using Revit and Navisworks Manage.- Identify and resolve constructability, clearance, and coordination issues.- Maintain model accuracy, naming conventions, LOD requirements, and project BIM standards.- Review design drawings, construction documents, specifications, and client comments.- Participate in internal reviews, client coordination meetings, and technical discussions.- Coordinate with BIM Managers, Project Leads, engineers, architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders.- Complete assigned deliverables according to project schedules and quality requirements.Additional Responsibilities for Senior BIM Modelers and BIM Coordinators- Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash-resolution activities.- Review models and drawings prepared by team members.- Conduct quality checks before internal and client submissions.- Coordinate technical requirements with clients, consultants,



and stakeholders.- Guide junior team members and support their technical development.- Monitor assigned tasks, project priorities, and delivery schedules.Qualifications- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.- 1–6 years of relevant experience in MEPF BIM modeling or coordination within the AEC industry.- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or fire-protection systems.- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, MEPF, and construction drawings.- Knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection, shop drawings, LOD requirements, and construction documentation.- Strong spatial understanding, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.- Valuable communication, coordination, collaboration, and documentation skills.- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360 will be an advantage.- Experience working on USA or other international projects will be preferred.- Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad or Chennai and adapt to project schedules and delivery requirements.How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their updated résumé to:[email protected] use the following email subject:Application – [Position] – [Discipline] – [Preferred Location]Example:Application – Senior BIM Modeler – Mechanical – AhmedabadEmployment Type: Full-timeWork Arrangement: On-site- Experience Required: 1–6 years
