Job Description – RPA Automation Developer / Solution Lead

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced RPA Automation Developer / Solution Lead with strong expertise in Blue Prism, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Automate to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, assess process feasibility, and design scalable RPA solutions.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows using Blue Prism, UiPath, and Power Automate.
- Create business objects, workflows, exception handling, schedules, and queues.
- Prepare and maintain PDD, SDD, TDD, SOPs, and other technical documentation.
- Manage deployments and production support using Blue Prism Control Room, UiPath Orchestrator, and Power Automate.
- Integrate automation with Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, SQL Server, REST APIs, and web applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis,



and participate in code/solution reviews.
- Work closely with business teams, SMEs, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Skills
- Solid hands-on experience in Blue Prism, UiPath, and Power Automate.
- Positive knowledge of Power Automate Cloud Flows and Power Automate Desktop.
- Strong SQL Server skills, including queries, stored procedures, joins, functions, triggers, and views.
- Working knowledge of C# / VB.NET, .NET, APIs, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and web technologies.
- Experience in end-to-end RPA implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Strong understanding of RPA design patterns, coding standards, exception handling, and SDLC.
- Good communication, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
