The ideal candidate should possess expertise in steel, demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, and be enthusiastic about shaping and advancing a groundbreaking business. We are looking for self-starters who can navigate through ambiguity and readily adapt to various products within the raw material procurement space. This role primarily involves generating demand within a specified market segment by effectively engaging with the target audience.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or BE in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
- MBA (Preferred}
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills




- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to drive results and meet targets
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to travel as needed

Work Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, and account management within a B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting and surpassing established business goals
- Sales and marketing experience in the steel industry (fabricated steel structure, TMT bars, coils, or related products)
- Proficiency in CRM, data analytics, and BI tools
