Job Overview

Globiva is hiring experienced Customer Service Executives for the Nykaa Customer Service process in Gurugram. The role involves handling customer queries, providing appropriate resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through the assigned customer service process.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and other customer-related queries.
Maintain a qualified and customer-friendly communication style.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.




Maintain accuracy while handling customer interactions.
Requirements
Experience: Prior BPO / Customer Service / Customer Support / Voice Process experience is required.
Good verbal communication skills V4 communication level.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a rotational shift.
Comfortable with rotational week-offs.
Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.
Work Details
Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Off: Rotational
Shift: Rotational shifts within the 8:00 AM 10:00 PM window
Salary: 18,000 per month
