Pharmacist/Warehouse Manager JD

● Ensure Smooth day to day Warehouse operations including receipt

order processing, storage and handling of pharmaceutical items in

accordance with regulations.

● Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including

receipts, handling, storage, and releases.

● Receive and process orders, and ensure that they are dispatched in

a timely manner. Ensure all B2C order dispatches only on valid

prescription with signature on invoice.

● Maintain inventory bookkeeping with proper batch control. Carryout

timely cycle count and maintain FIFO.

● Ensure proper cold chain handling/storage as per regulation

● Ensure the warehouse is clean and well-maintained, and that safety





and security procedures are implemented and followed.

● Ensure timely handling/returns of near expiry/expired medicines to

the vendor

● Ensure Proper receipt and system entry for all Pharma products as

per receipt invoice. Proper IRN/GRN process to be adhered.

● Valuable understanding of Drugs and cosmetics act.

Educational Qualification

● A valid pharmacist license

● Diploma/bachelor in Pharmacy from recognized Institute

● Well acquainted with Excel

● Experience in drug warehouse management/store & inventory

management.
