Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Robotics & Automation Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on expertise in PLC troubleshooting, program modifications, and industrial robotics. You will be responsible for maintaining continuous production, optimizing automated workflows, diagnosing control system faults, and performing logic updates on Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation) platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- PLC Programming & Modification: Modify, test, and optimize existing PLC ladder logic and functional blocks using Studio 5000 / RSLogix 5000 for Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation platforms.

- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Perform rapid root-cause analysis on production line faults, industrial communication networks (EtherNet/IP), I/O modules, and field devices to minimize downtime.

- Robotics Integration: Interface PLCs with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA) for automated material handling, welding, or assembly operations.

- HMI / SCADA Integration: Update and troubleshoot user interfaces using FactoryTalk View.

- System Continuous Improvement: Implement safety logic updates, cycle time optimizations, and hardware upgrades.
