Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ITRS Geneos Engineer with solid hands-on experience in monitoring critical applications in a production environment. The role requires expertise in Geneos, Linux/Unix and Bash scripting, with exposure to automation and monitoring of financial applications.

Mandatory Skills

- 6 10 years of IT experience with strong hands-on ITRS Geneos experience.
- Hands-on experience with Geneos Gateway, Netprobe, Active Console and Web Dashboards.
- Experience monitoring and troubleshooting critical production/financial applications.
- Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting skills.




- Strong Bash/Shell scripting experience for automation and custom monitoring.
- Experience with Geneos Toolkit Samplers and building custom monitors.
- Hands-on experience configuring Gateway and Netprobe.
- Experience creating and maintaining monitoring dashboards.
- Experience integrating Geneos alerts with ServiceNow and/or Jira.

Good to Have

- Git and Jenkins
- Kubernetes
- Kafka
- Cassandra
- Banking / BFSI / Financial Services / Capital Markets experience

Important

- Candidates must be comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Work From Office in Mumbai is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on Geneos experience is essential.
