Source the candidates using Job Portals like Naukri, Times Jobs, LinkedIn etc.,
Screening,



filtering & short listing resumes according to Client specifications.
Briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization, etc...
Maintaining tracker on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Follow up with the selected candidates till they join the particular client company.
End to End Recruitment Process.
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates.
Coordinate with Team Lead.
Serve as contact person for the queries from the candidates Job Requirement:
Quick learner, and with excellent written and oral communication skills
Well versed in using job portals such as Naukri, Monster and LinkedIn etc
Result oriented and ability to build a strong professional relationship.
A robust team player.
Coordinating with team to get the work done within timelines.
