We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in Vulnerability Management and Scrum Master activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing security remediation initiatives, coordinating vulnerability assessment and remediation activities, tracking risks, and driving Agile delivery across cross-functional technology and security teams.

Key Responsibilities

Vulnerability Management

Manage end-to-end vulnerability management and remediation programs.

Coordinate vulnerability identification, assessment, prioritization, remediation, and closure.

Work with Security, Infrastructure, Application, Cloud, Network, and DevOps teams to drive remediation.

Track vulnerabilities based on severity, business risk, SLA, and exploitability.

Monitor remediation progress and ensure vulnerabilities are addressed within defined SLAs.

Manage vulnerability dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and executive reports.

Coordinate vulnerability scanning activities using tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or similar.

Support security risk assessments and remediation planning.

Escalate overdue or high-risk vulnerabilities to appropriate stakeholders.

Maintain remediation documentation, risk acceptance, exceptions, and audit evidence.

Technical Project Management

Own project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of security initiatives.

Define project scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.

Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests.

Coordinate multiple technical teams and stakeholders.

Conduct project status meetings and provide regular management reporting.

Track project KPIs and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.

Identify blockers and drive them toward resolution.





Communicate project status, risks, and remediation progress to senior leadership.

Scrum Master Responsibilities

Facilitate Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective meetings.

Maintain and manage Product/Sprint Backlogs.

Remove impediments and ensure smooth team delivery.

Work with Product Owners and technical teams to prioritize work.

Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown, and other Agile metrics.

Promote Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement.

Coordinate dependencies across multiple Scrum/Agile teams.

Ensure teams follow Agile processes and delivery standards.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management / IT Delivery.

Strong experience in Vulnerability Management / Cybersecurity projects.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

Solid understanding of vulnerability lifecycle and remediation processes.

Experience with Tenable / Nessus, Qualys, Rapid7, or similar vulnerability management tools.

Good understanding of CVSS, CVE, remediation SLAs, risk acceptance, and vulnerability prioritization.

Experience working with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Application Security, and DevOps teams.

Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Excellent project planning, risk management, reporting, and documentation skills.

Technical Knowledge – Good to Have

Cloud security – AWS / Azure / GCP.

Application and infrastructure security.

SIEM, EDR/XDR, CSPM/CNAPP concepts.

DevSecOps and CI/CD security.

Patch management and configuration management.

Security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, ISO 27001.

Basic understanding of network, Linux, Windows, databases, and container security.
