Job Description:

- Manage and support Kafka and Amazon MSK infrastructure, including configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Support Kafka migration/externalization from Pega to Amazon MSK.

- Containerize and deploy Pega applications on Amazon EKS/Kubernetes using Docker.

- Manage AWS OpenSearch environments, including cluster health, indexing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Implement and support DR, high availability, backup, and failover/failback for Kafka, EKS, OpenSearch, and application workloads.

- Troubleshoot production issues across AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, OpenSearch, and Pega environments.

- Collaborate with application, Pega, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for deployments, migrations, and production support.
