The ideal candidate thrives in a matrixed environment, can translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable workstreams, and brings the operational rigour needed to hold cross-functional partners accountable.

Product Compliance Ownership
- Serve as the single-threaded compliance owner for an assigned APE product, accountable for its end-to-end regulatory compliance posture across all applicable EU frameworks (AML/CFT, PSD2, consumer protection, complaints management)
- Own the product's compliance obligation register — map regulatory requirements to controls, identify gaps, and drive remediation to closure
- Maintain the product's internal control environment inventory, ensuring all controls are documented, tested, and aligned to the current regulatory baseline
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure compliance requirements are embedded into product design, change management, and release processes
- Serve as the compliance subject-matter expert for the product in all regulatory interactions, including CSSF examinations, thematic reviews, and ad-hoc information requests
- Assess the impact of regulatory developments (CSSF circulars, EBA guidelines, EU directives) on the product and translate them into actionable change requirements with transparent timelines
- Own the regulatory change pipeline for the product — track incoming obligations, set implementation timelines based on regulator approval cycles, and manage stakeholder expectations on delivery
