About Role:
We're hiring an AutoCAD Draftsman to create technical drawings for construction projects. You'll produce Rebar Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, and more. Understanding client needs and building codes is crucial. You'll also help develop the team's skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Reading Contract Drawings & Spec Book; getting a detailed idea about the scope of work

- Preparing the Rebar Shop Drawings, As Built Drawings, Traffic Diversion Plans, Working Drawings, Elevation Drawings and Survey Plans.

- Understand technical requirements from clients regarding demolition,



remodeling or build projects

- Prepare detailed estimation (material and labor) plans based on project scope

- Learn and understand US building codes.

- Establish additional competencies within the team in terms of technical skills as well as CAD software usage.

Qualification:

- BE Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering

- Proficient in AutoCAD and drafting software
