Axis Finance Ltd is seeking a motivated analyst at Senior Manager / Manager level who is ready to apply knowledge of business practices and processes in a fast-paced, real-world workplace. The analyst will assist in analyzing data and making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

· Large scale data analysis and data mining to come up with portfolio insights for both Retail and WBG portfolio

· Statistical modeling (ML / regression models) and segmentation thru decision tree to help solving key business problems

· Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement

· Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data

· Estimate costs and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations

· Help launch new initiatives, campaigns, analytical solutions, along with robust tracking

· Help in running standard and analytical dashboard/ MIS
