Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty.
- Understand customer needs and work with internal teams to ensure expectations are met.
- Monitor customer activity and proactively identify areas of concern or improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure continued satisfaction.
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM software.




- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- A customer-first attitude and a passion for helping people.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., SaaS, banking, retail].
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping or CX tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
