Key Responsibilities

· Support the execution of brand-building initiatives across internal and external platforms

· Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and communication standards

· Assist in the execution of firmwide communication campaigns and leadership communications

Employee Engagement & Culture

· Support the execution of internal branding, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives

· Coordinate with stakeholders on campaigns related to CSR, culture, learning, and employee programs

AI-Enabled Marketing

· Utilize AI tools to support research, content creation, and campaign execution

· Stay updated on emerging AI and marketing technologies to improve efficiency and productivity

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management

· Coordinate with internal teams, designers, agencies, and vendors to support project execution

· Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals across multiple initiatives

· Ensure timely and high-quality completion of assigned tasks

Analytics & Reporting





· Track and report basic engagement and campaign performance metrics

· Support the team in analyzing content and communication effectiveness
