- The Customer Agreements Team is responsible for maintaining centralized global standards for agreement creation and ensuring accurate data across Global Services, Alliances & Channels,



and the Partner Network team. We are looking for a motivated qualified with strong analytical, communication, and support skills to join our dynamic team.

Essential Job Functions:
- Create, validate, and maintain customer agreements in line with global standards and compliance policies.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of agreement data to support multiple business functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Sales, Deal Management, Alliances & Channels, and Partner Network teams.
- Support order management processes by setting up Agreements.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in agreements and work with relevant teams for resolution.
- Adapt to changing business needs and work across global time zones.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in agreement creation and validation processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
