Job Description The position involves representing the company in any court for civil/criminal/consumer related matters, overseeing legal proceedings coordination,

Role : Manager- Litigaion Core Responsibilities: I. Court Representation: • Attend District Courts and High Court hearings, presenting oral and documentary evidence on any legal related matter as a representative of Fibe. II. Legal Proceedings Coordination: • Coordinate with company-retained/hired advocates for appearances during hearings. • Arrange documentation for different courts and provide necessary evidence required by counsel in legal matters. • Prepare legal drafts for notices and replies. • Serve as the representative for first-level appearances in courts. • Serve as the representative for coordinating with law enforcement authorities.
