Plan and execute branch process digitization. Re-engineer processes to enable cross-sell and up-sell through digital channels.

Product / Process Enhancement
Design alternate online options for current processes.
Implement seamless digital processes with stakeholders.
Develop and implement STP processes with stakeholders.

Cross-sell of Digital Services
Design service request processes via alternate channels.
Re-engineer processes for cross-sell and up-sell across channels.
Coordinate with product teams to design cross-sell processes.

Competition Tracking
Build market and competitor intelligence.




Monitor competitors to identify trends and impacts.
Operationalize revised digital transaction journeys.

Enhancement / Recent Technologies
Automate charging processes.
Implement new projects and technologies.
Send QR-coded statement links to customers.
Enable online validation and updates.

Education:
Graduation required, post-graduation preferred.
