Seeking a Database Engineer to design, develop, and maintain our MongoDB infrastructure. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database performance, scalability, and reliability while solving complex business challenges. What You’ll Do
- Analyze project and task requirements, assess architectural impact, and design database solutions based on specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain MongoDB database infrastructure.
- Decompose complex business functions into task-based deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues to ensure reliability and high availability.
- Optimize MongoDB queries for performance and responsiveness.
- Implement indexing strategies and enforce security best practices to protect data.
- Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB instances in on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Integrate MongoDB with applications, systems, and other technologies.




- Manage and implement backup and recovery strategies.
- Stay current with MongoDB updates, NoSQL best practices, and emerging database technologies.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a MongoDB Developer/Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB architecture, features, and functionalities.
- Proficiency in optimizing queries and identifying performance issues.
- Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services.
- Proficiency with front-end scripting and frameworks (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, HTML).
- Knowledge of design patterns (Singleton, Factory, Abstract, Adapter).
- Familiarity with integrating databases into applications and cross-platform systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Proven ability to adapt to evolving technologies and deliver high-quality database solutions.
