- Project Planning and Initiation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and scope.
- Conduct site survey and take racking dimensions.
- Design & Layouts:
- Utilize AutoCAD software to create and modify technical drawings, schematics, layouts, and models based on project specifications for current sites and renovation sites
- Ensure accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and adherence to design guidelines.
- Review Project work flows, documentation and compliance with internal audit expectation.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain organized project documentation, including design files, drawings, and related records.
- Review and validate AutoCAD drawings and documents to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards.




- Implement revisions or corrections as needed to achieve the desired project outcomes.
- Create weekly MIS reports to be reviewed by management.
- Project Execution and Monitoring:
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues or deviations from the project plan.
- Negotiate with vendors for the cost-effective solutions and ensure PO payments are released as per timelines.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain regular communication with the stakeholders
- Manage client expectations and ensure their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
