Educational Qualification:
Graduation:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized university.
Post Graduation:
Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost Accountant (CMA) with MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Work Experience:
Minimum: 18 Years
Maximum: 20 Years




Experience in the IT/Tech will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies to achieve business objectives, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, accounting, taxation, treasury, and internal audit.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions, including investment appraisals, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards, including Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST.
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, including recruitment, training, and development.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
