UST is looking for a Scrum Master, you will lead and coach Agile teams to effectively adopt and execute Scrum practices while fostering a collaborative, self-managing, and high-performing environment. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, drive continuous improvement, and enable successful delivery across multiple project tracks and integration teams.
The role also requires robust project management fundamentals, including scope management, estimation, scheduling, progress tracking, risk and issue management, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination. Experience managing complex, cross-functional delivery environments with multiple workstreams is highly important.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum principles, Agile practices, and continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and self-organizing team environment.
- Identify, track,
and remove impediments that affect team productivity and delivery.
- Protect the team from external distractions and facilitate effective team focus.
- Support Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and sprint readiness.
- Monitor sprint and release progress, ensuring visibility of milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple project tracks, workstreams, and integration teams.
- Facilitate cross-team dependency management and integration discussions.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and drive appropriate mitigation and resolution plans.
- Support project planning activities, including estimation, scheduling, scope management, resource coordination, and status reporting.
