Job Purpose:
Manage sales, service for two/three-wheeler products
Handle multiple distribution verticals
Drive Bank's regional strategy
Ensure market share
Cross-sell products
Customer retention and service

Job Responsibilities:
Achieve targeted business volume, WIRR, CoA
Meet individual targets for all verticals
Achieve stretch business targets
Appoint recent channels: DDSA, DSA
Conduct marketing activities: loan mela, SMS, mailers
Visit dealers, DSAs, manufacturers
Maintain TAT, FTNR as per mandate
Provide timely service to channels
Collect PDDs as per policy
Manage rates, income per guidelines
Appoint, train,



review off-roll staff
Ensure minimum benchmark productivity
Achieve SK penetration, CASA/Credit Card targets
Maintain relationships with DDSA, Branch, ADC, OEM
Cover inventory at dealerships
Ensure timely repayments, retail conversions
Review collections, control delinquency
