Role Summary:
A seasoned Telecom BSS Product Line Management leader who combines product management expertise, deep BSS domain knowledge, TM Forum leadership, commercial acumen, and practical AI adoption experience to drive product growth, customer success, and business outcomes. The individual should own product strategy, roadmap investments, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives while effectively bridging customer expectations, business goals, and engineering execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for Telecom BSS products,



ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Telecom BSS domains including Product Catalog, CRM, Order Capture, Order Management, Billing, Charging, and Digital Enablement platforms.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer, business, and market requirements, translating them into detailed product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Drive TM Forum alignment across products, including ODA, Open APIs, eTOM, and SID frameworks, ensuring industry best practices and interoperability.
Define and drive the AI strategy for BSS products, identifying opportunities to embed Generative AI, Agentic AI, predictive analytics, AI assistants, and intelligent automation across customer, product, order, billing, charging, and operational domains.
