JOB PURPOSE
To strategize & manage e-commerce business, and to achieve sales, collection & contribution targets with the help of the team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Draws up the on-platform marketing strategy for Amazon, Flipkart, and other emerging platforms.
Work closely with the Amazon and Flipkart teams to identify category trends optimal budgets deployment.
Aligns the marketing strategy, budget with the category team and sales team (to be in line with their primary operating plan)
Maximize CTRs and Conversion rates by defining marketing strategy through search, display and DSP led campaigns.
Ensure to optimize ROAS & focus on driving Organic GVs/traffic to the relevant categories.
Keep a track of Market share movements on the platforms category-wise.




Ensure A+ content for the all the brand stores on the ecommerce platforms.
Build solid business relationships with category & marketing teams across platforms.
Innovate and create high impact launches on platform enabling better consumer experience for Bajaj, Morphy Richards, Nex & Nirlep across e-commerce platforms
Work closely with the category team, IT, sales team, and agency partners to develop a D2C platform for House of Brands @ Bajaj & Critically evaluate the D2C platform against competition brands and aggregator platform to the platform structure to maximize brand visibility, Glance Views/ PPVs and conversions.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : MBA/ PGDM (any) from a premier institute

WORK EXPERIENCE
3+ years of experience in an e-commerce organization or doing similar role in Mobile/Consumer Electronics, Durables/IT/FMCG industries.
