Our CRM team is the engine behind accelerating solar adoption—transforming inquiries into installations and turning customers into long-term advocates. Role & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle—from lead capture and qualification to post-installation follow-up—using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Segment and prioritize solar leads based on geographic, budget, and behavioral data to maximize conversion rates.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM workflows with campaign KPIs and sales targets.
Generate real-time dashboards and performance reports to track lead-to-close ratios, campaign ROI, and customer retention trends.
Ensure data hygiene by auditing and updating CRM records daily to maintain accuracy and compliance with solar industry standards.




Implement automation rules (e.g., lead scoring, email drip campaigns) to streamline outreach and improve response times.
