Job Description
Position Summary
The Assistant Manager - AP Operations supervises Accounts Payable activities supporting container terminal operations within a ports, maritime, shipping, and logistics finance setting.



The role oversees terminal billing support, vendor invoice processing, payment execution, financial controls, reconciliations, and month-end close activities while ensuring SLA adherence, compliance, documentation readiness, and operational excellence.
The incumbent is responsible for understanding how operational transactions captured in Navis N4 translate into billing, revenue recognition, accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting within OASYS.
