Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the development of AI/GenAI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Build Agentic AI solutions capable of orchestrating tools, workflows, and enterprise systems.
- Define AI solution architecture, scalability, security, and governance standards.
- Establish AI evaluation frameworks to assess accuracy, hallucination rates, safety, latency, and business outcomes.
- Lead AI experimentation, PoCs, MVPs, and production deployments.
- Drive LLMOps practices including deployment, monitoring, observability, and optimization.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, SMEs, Product Owners, and Business teams.
- Mentor AI Engineers and establish AI engineering best practices.
- Support client discussions, solution proposals, and technical workshops.
Qualifications:
- Exp: 8-12years
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and AI application development.
- Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Fine-Tuning.
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or equivalent LLM ecosystems.
- Robust knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
- Experience building AI Agents and multi-step workflow orchestration solutions.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
