About the Role
Presto Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Mechanical Intern who is eager to gain practical exposure in the testing, inspection, installation, servicing, and maintenance of laboratory/testing instruments. This internship will provide hands-on learning in a service-oriented technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in installation, servicing, calibration, and maintenance of testing equipment.
Support engineers in troubleshooting mechanical issues in testing instruments.
Understand basic mechanical components, tools, equipment, and measuring instruments.
Assist in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance.
Visit customer sites with senior engineers for equipment installation and service activities.
Maintain service records, reports, checklists, and other technical documentation.




Assist in dismantling, assembly, alignment, and testing of mechanical components.
Follow company safety procedures and technical guidelines.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely completion of service assignments.
Learn and understand the working principles of various material testing and laboratory testing equipment.
Eligibility
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering in 2026
Freshers and final-year students can apply.
Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts, measurements, and tools.
Good learning attitude and willingness to work in a field-service environment.
