Job description:
PFB JD for Delivery/Program Manager(IT Infrastructure)
Location : Chennai (Wipro ODC).
Experience : 10+ years
Key responsibilities
Delivery Management
o Ensure seamless delivery of projects in an account and adhere to program & project charter in terms of schedule, quality, efforts and costs
o Ensure 100% compliance to Project SLA's, information security protocols and etc (all customer's contractual obligations) by minimizing process exceptions and deviations while managing the project structure in WiproOne
o Conduct periodic cadence(Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly as required) with the customer team, project team, quality team, Workforce Management Group (WMG) to take proactive measures to resolves issues/ possible escalations
Client Relationship Management
o Engage with client to identify & deploy multiple solutions & value adds within/ across SLs to create a stronger value proposition for clients and enhance share of business
o Conduct regular customer connects (meetings/ visits/ video- conference)
to understand customer's current & future needs and seek feedback to improve delivery methodology/ timelines/ resource allocation
o Identify and close early warnings on a project to avoid any customer escalations
Delivery governance across the program/ projects
o Review and track overall project/ program delivery management, diving deep into problems in programs/projects with relevant PgMs, PMs to identify process gaps and arrest the same from reoccurring
o Conduct periodic reviews with the team (PgMs, PMs) on operational, quality and fulfilment parameters and current idea generation & its implementation on existing projects
o Resolve project escalations that happen in an expedited fashion ensuring root cause identification and permanent closure
o Review and monitor revenue allocations/ realization to avoid OB/RR leakages
Enable revenue growth
o Support pre-sales team to create and propose relevant solutions to the customer requirements/ request for
