Product Manager – VeraSkin

We are looking for a Product Manager to help build and scale VeraSkin—an emerging dermatology business that brings together pharmaceutical experience, real-world clinical evidence, AI and digital technology.

This is not a conventional pharmaceutical product-management role. The successful candidate will work closely with dermatologists, medical experts, technology partners and commercial teams to develop evidence-led brands and new models of physician engagement.

Key responsibilities

* Develop the product strategy, positioning and annual marketing plan for the VeraSkin portfolio.
* Work with dermatologists to understand unmet clinical needs, prescribing behaviour and real-world patient outcomes.
* Design and execute real-world evidence programmes, including structured physician feedback, patient-outcome tracking, case documentation and observational studies.
* Translate clinical insights and real-world evidence into credible, compliant and relevant communication for dermatologists.




* Use AI and digital technologies to improve physician segmentation, content personalisation, scientific engagement and marketing effectiveness.
* Develop digital physician journeys across CRM, WhatsApp, webinars, professional communities and other appropriate channels.
* Work with medical, regulatory, sales and technology teams to create evidence-based promotional and scientific materials.
* Conduct rapid proof-of-concept programmes, measure results and refine the model before scaling.
* Track product adoption, prescriptions, repeat usage, dermatologist engagement and patient outcomes through well-designed dashboards.
* Build relationships with key dermatologists, investigators and clinical institutions.
* Operate with a strong sense of ownership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting.
