Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for driving growth in insurance broking services across life and general insurance segments.



This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and promoting MRIBS products and solutions to individual and corporate customers. The person in this position will conduct market research, prepare proposals, participate in negotiations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Day-to-day activities include meeting sales and revenue targets, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership. The role also requires representing MRIBS at client meetings, events, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and foster long-term partnerships.

Candidates should possess strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, ideally within insurance, financial services, or related sectors.
