Role Description The Principal Process Engineer Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai,



responsible for leading process engineering activities across multiple oil and gas and allied sector projects. The role involves overseeing conceptual and detailed process design, reviewing and approving process deliverables, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications. This position manages and mentors process engineering teams, coordinates with other disciplines, and supports project managers in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Daily responsibilities include conducting process simulations, performing calculations, evaluating process safety and operability, and resolving technical issues during design, commissioning, and start-up. The Principal Process Engineer Manager also engages with clients and stakeholders, participates in technical reviews and HAZOPs, and drives continuous improvement in process engineering methodologies and tools.
