About the Role
Our Client is looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer who can create high-quality static and video creatives across digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, Quick Commerce, packaging, and brand campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have a robust visual sense, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Job Summary
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across multiple digital and offline platforms. The role requires strong design skills along with an understanding of social media, performance marketing, e-commerce, and consumer-facing brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance & Digital Marketing
Design static and video creatives for Meta, Google, and YouTube advertisements.
Create promotional creatives for Quick Commerce platforms.
Design creatives for marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart,



BigBasket, and similar platforms.
Create offline marketing materials including posters, danglers, standees, and promotional creatives.
Adapt and optimize creatives based on campaign requirements and performance feedback.
2. Social Media & Content
Design posts, Reels, Stories, and carousels for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Support the marketing team with creative concepts and visual storytelling.
Stay updated with current social media design and content trends.
Develop visually engaging content aligned with the brand's communication and marketing objectives.
3. Video Editing & Motion Graphics
Edit short-form videos, Reels, advertisements, and product videos.
Create basic motion graphics, transitions, animations, and text overlays.
Adapt video content into different formats suitable for various platforms.
Ensure visual quality and consistency across video content.
