URPopular is looking for a highly execution-oriented Influencer Operations & Content Executive who can manage influencer programs as well as coordinate content, video production, events, and digital content initiatives for our clients.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with creators, coordinating multiple moving pieces, and getting things executed from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Discovery & Activation: Search and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms based on client requirements; reach out to creators at scale and build an active creator pipeline.
Affiliate Influencer Onboarding: Contact, negotiate with and onboard a large number of influencers onto affiliate and performance-based influencer programs for our clients.



Continuously expand and manage these creator communities.
Influencer Program Management: Coordinate campaigns from onboarding to execution, including briefs, communication, content timelines, approvals, tracking, links, deliverables and campaign reporting.
Creator Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with influencers, solve execution issues and ensure creators remain active and engaged with ongoing programs.
Content Operations: Coordinate scripts, concepts, shoots, edits, approvals and publishing of videos/content for clients and URPopular initiatives.
Video & Production Coordination: Work with creators, videographers, editors, designers and internal teams to ensure shoots and productions are completed on time.
Event Operations: Support and coordinate influencer events, brand activations, shoots and on-ground production requirements.
YouTube Channel Operations: Work with internal staff and external creators to launch and operate Yo
