- Design and develop automotive seat structures, mechanisms, trims, and plastics using CATIA V5 and UG NX.
- Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and detailed design documentation in accordance with industry and client standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and simulation to ensure robust seat designs.
- Integrate ergonomics, safety, and regulatory requirements into the seat design process.
- Conduct design reviews and participate in DFMEA and DFM/DFA activities.
- Apply GD&T; and ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerance stack-up.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in seating system design within the automotive domain.
- Proficiency in CATIA V5 and UG NX design tools is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of materials (plastics, foams, metals), manufacturing processes, and joining techniques used in seating.
- Familiarity with industry standards and OEM design requirements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
