Key Responsibilities
1. Community Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute the overall community growth strategy across social media and digital platforms.
Build and nurture engaged online communities that strengthen brand affinity, advocacy, and customer loyalty.
Drive meaningful conversations with consumers, proactively engaging with audiences and fostering authentic relationships.
Identify emerging community trends, customer feedback, and cultural moments to inform brand initiatives.
2. Influencer Marketing & Campaign Leadership
Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from strategy and creator identification to execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
Build and maintain solid relationships with creators, influencers, talent agencies, and external partners.
Ensure seamless campaign execution by managing timelines, content approvals, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
Continuously identify new creators and partnership opportunities aligned with brand objectives.
3. Content & Brand Advocacy
Collaborate with Creative, Brand, PR,



and Marketing teams to develop impactful community and influencer-led content.
Encourage and amplify user-generated content (UGC) and brand advocacy initiatives.
Ensure all community interactions and influencer content align with brand voice and communication guidelines.
4. Insights, Analytics & Performance
Monitor campaign performance, community health, and engagement metrics to derive actionable insights.
Analyze consumer sentiment, audience behavior, and competitor activities to optimize community strategies.
Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Track influencer performance and campaign ROI against defined KPIs.
5. Budget & Cross-functional Collaboration
Own influencer and community marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and cost optimization.
Support vendor management, contract coordination, and finance processes related to campaign execution.
